The work is grounded in operational reality and focused on outcomes that matter beyond a slide deck.Before consulting, I spent over a decade as a healthcare operator leading digital and strategy initiatives. I’ve been accountable for results, not just recommendations, and I care about building things people actually use.My wife and I have three little girls, so life is equal parts chaos and joy. When I’m not chasing kids, I spend time reading and listening to ideas that sharpen how I think, eating well, and focusing on long-term health with an emphasis on prevention and longevity.
